Fundraising for the CT scanner at Mission Memorial Hospital is now complete thanks to generous community support. The project is progressing with expected completion early 2024.
Scope of the Project
- New registration area
- New patient waiting area
- New patient access to all imaging services
- Enable staff to provide services with improved safely and efficiently
- Room to expand imaging services
- Install the CT Scanner
- Create the access and space for the project by relocating patient records and the doctors’ areas.

- More comfortable for patients
- Improved work flow for staff

- Ability to expand imaging services at MMH in the future,
- Local access to a CT eliminates need to travel to a hospital outside the community
- Saves critical time when an emergency scan is needed
Funding
- $1,300,000 raised from the community for the CT device and needed equipment
- The remainder, approximately $8,000,000 from FHA
